Race Report: Kentucky Off Road Hare Scrambles Series (KORHS) - Round 7 - 2-Man Event
Team: Brad Jaggers/Terry Roberts- Bike 5th Place Overall - 2nd Place Heavy B
Bikes: KTM 450's

After waking up after a fierce fight to find a comfortable spot in the truck i was sleeping in, I crawled outta the truck pumped and ready to go. I ate my normal sandwich and same gatorade to start things off. After me and Terry got signed up for the Heavy B class we flipped a coin to ditermine who would make the first lap, which turns out it didnt matter because we dicided he would do it anyways because he would be a little faster on the slick sutff. Terry got a good start, a good 2nd or 3rd into the woods which got me even more pumped. When Terry had came through we found out that he had started us off great with about 45 second lead over 2nd place. As soon as i hit the trails they were allready great and tacky. As the race went on the battle became closer and closer between the Jaggers/Roberts KTM 450 team and the Fry Yamaha team. After losing 3 sprocket bolts on the third lap I hopped aboard Terrys bike (which was awesome with the Rekluse) and gained us back up to the Obermayer team within 10-15 seconds. Hopeing Terry would catch them on the last lap he battled with them in the woods to finish just about 30 seconds behind them. This was my first 2-man event and I was very happy with the way things turned out and had a fun day racing against the Fry team for 2nd. I was really happy that we turned out 5th overall. I would like to thank Terry for being my partner and letting me ride the $#iT out of his bike. and im definally looking foreward to the next 2 man we have.
